Perfect Pan Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Cups Pan Chicken Drippings
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. MIES ORIGINAL BREADING (Or Your MIES BREADING of Choice)
  • 1 ½ Cups Chicken Broth
  • ⅛ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper, To Taste

Instructions

  1. After browning/cooking meat product, put pan drippings into a sauce pan.
  2. Heat the pan to medium-low heat.
  3. Add butter and melt.
  4. Then spoon in the MIES BREADING.
  5. Whisk until evenly incorporated with the butter.
  6. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Slowly add the chicken broth and whisk until smooth.
  8. If the gravy is thick, add a little more broth.
  9. Add pepper, to taste.
  10. Taste and see if any salt is necessary.
  11. Enjoy!!
