Perfect Pan Gravy

1 ½ Cups Pan Chicken Drippings
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. MIES ORIGINAL BREADING (Or Your MIES BREADING of Choice)
1 ½ Cups Chicken Broth
⅛ Tsp. Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
After browning/cooking meat product, put pan drippings into a sauce pan.
Heat the pan to medium-low heat.
Add butter and melt.
Then spoon in the MIES BREADING.
Whisk until evenly incorporated with the butter.
Cook for 1 minute.
Slowly add the chicken broth and whisk until smooth.
If the gravy is thick, add a little more broth.
Add pepper, to taste.
Taste and see if any salt is necessary.
