- 2 Salmon Filets
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Softened Butter
- 3 Tbsp. MIES ORIGINAL BREADING (Or Your MIES BREADING of Choice)
- 1 Tbsp. Dill
- Preheat oven to 400°. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, butter, MIES BREADING, and dill. Baste mixture on top of salmon filets.
- Bake salmon until cooked through, internal temp of 145°. Baking time will vary depending on size of salmon filet.
Cooking Tip: Enhance spiciness, use Mies Extra Spicy Breading in place of Mies Original Breading.
Serving Suggestion: Serve atop a bed of rice with fresh vegetables or Atop a bed of greens with blueberries and black raspberries.
